What do you like about working at Unidine?

"Cooking for seniors was the best part of work. They were very appreciative."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes please negotiate what you are worth or ask for a market value of your title, because the amount of wages you receive and all that work and high health insurance may not be worth it in the long run."

What don't you like about working at Unidine?

"Health Insurance is WAY TO HIGH for two people: $751.00 a month, out of control. My boss made it very clear they were in charge - an absolute control freak. Can anyone say that they are so into their title: Boss"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a better HEALTH insurance plan for your staff and pay your workers what there worth. The pay is to LOW especially for New York. It may work in Michigan but not NYC."

"always ask about how sky High the health insurance is before committing to this job 2 people 751.00 a month seriously ridiculous"

"Food director did not know how to cook also the worst bedside manners ever verbal abuse all the time"

"make sure your food Director know how to cook and have a degree"

"This is a terrible company to work for! Management for lack of a better title is clueless and the corporate part of this place is beyond ridiculous."

"Look somewhere else. They will use you and spit you out like they have done to so many others!"

"The corporate clowns that try to run the show have no consideration or feeling for their employees."

"Get a clue and get some training! Not a degree in management anywhere to be seen!"
