"I liked the freedom to create and the opportunities for self advancement. The hours were Mon-Fri. Gave more opportunity to spend with my family"

"Only to be well acquainted with the companies policies, procedure, and expectations."

"At times there was a lack of support from upper management or management was not trained enough to come in as a supportive role."

"When having managers in the field in a supportive basis, make sure the managers are trained to fill a position they manage"

"At times policies are created which goes against the employees. Too owner friendly, employees are not given much part of the profit. Stressful work timings. Lack of accommodation facilities. Lack of recreational facilities."
