"When a project ended (except in IT dept) you had to find your next opportunity within the company or risk being laid off."

"I liked that I was able to do my work without having someone managing every step of the way. I also liked that when I had an idea or feedback, it was genuinely received and made a difference."

"Research the position you are applying for before you go into the interview. If you show initiative by learning about your possible future position, it will be taken into account that you may not know everything about the position, but that you are interested and willing to learn and ready for the challenge."

"There was such a long distance between where my desk was and where we held many of our meetings. It would have been nice to be in the same general area of those that I met with most often."

"I am given work at all time of the day and night, on weekends and on holidays. I am constantly being asked to do work. I was promoted but have to do the work of two people"
