"The dynamic role and hands on with the applications, fixes, upgrades, implementations, and code while working closely with end users and managers to drive a solution that best works for everyone. The fast paced role requires insight and imagination while a strong and technical understanding of the applications involved, usually allowing for new modules and applications to be things that can be learned."
