"Research the position you are applying for before you go into the interview. If you show initiative by learning about your possible future position, it will be taken into account that you may not know everything about the position, but that you are interested and willing to learn and ready for the challenge."

What don't you like about working at Wells Fargo?

"There was such a long distance between where my desk was and where we held many of our meetings. It would have been nice to be in the same general area of those that I met with most often."

"I was very pleased with my manager at Wells Fargo."

"I liked that they were always putting education first along with training. They were exemplary of keeping up on challenges affecting all issues of the business environments we were focused on and giving back to communities."

"Keep your life outside of work to yourself and stay the course. Understand this is the ULTIMATE corporate environment, and that comes with a tenacious drive to succeed. You can and will be rewarded."

"I disliked the commute... yikes!"
