"I had the opportunity to work at my own pace alongside many intelligent, great people. I enjoyed the travel and loved working with our clients."

"Display your technical skills, and stay friendly and relaxed, too. The people at this business expect professionalism, but that doesn't mean you can't crack a joke!"
What don't you like about working at DSI-ITI?
"There was too much downtime in a given week. I had difficulty staying busy at all times."

"I would have liked to have had more initial training on our software systems. I feel that new employees could be given more direction and attention."

"No: I do not think a person who is not eligible to take the interview, will take interview. Company has trust and experience of the person. So I cannot give any kind of tips... I still have to learn a lot."

"it is a great company to work for. It depends on the individuals goals. Some team members have been with the company for more than 10 years and are happy to stay as long as they can."

"Stay as far away from ths company as you can - unless you enjoy destroying America."

"I do not like the fact this the company specializes in offshoring work from the US to India. I was transfered to the company from Xerox Corp as part of a partnership deal they made."

"CEO says American kids are not employable!! Go home then monkey!"

"I enjoyed working with the development team, their enthusiasm and the motivation to learn and implement new technologies was very exciting."

"Ask them about any upcoming projects in the pipeline, how do they forecast the financial status of the company in the next 5 years."
What don't you like about working at Altum?
"Poor leadership, their lack of commitment to the clients, poor implementing strategies, poor relationship with their clients. Project Managers do not have the necessary skills to lead a team of talented and motivated individuals."

"Leaders of the company need to build their leadership skills which is extremely poor. It becomes a hindrance for those looking for growth in the company. Set high standards for those you are hiring in terms of their performance, let go of people that do not match up to the standards set by the company."
