"Infosys is well known for training their employees and allocating them to appropriate project. This in turn increased the efficiency of each individual projects. It has appreciable work environment for employees. Also, employee benefits that Infosys provide to their employees is quite good."

"Infosys is of course a very good concern to work with. It provides employees with awesome work environment."

"Growth opportunities has been considerably reduced for employees working in Infosys."

"I would suggest Management to facilitate more growth opportunities for employees."

"There is a familial type of culture. Logistics can be interesting. I can see room for improvements and I have already started making some."

"They are am Exce; heavy company. Make sure you stress your ability to maximize the potential of that software. Also, express your ability to work independantly free of supervision."

What don't you like about working at Pasha?

"The flow of data is disjointed. There are a lot of difference sources of data and a majority of the staff do not seem to know where it is."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consolidate the information into a single database with a user-firendly interface. Also, hold announcements or training sessions periotically to get all employees on the same page and aware of the changing mechanics of the company."
