"Just be yourself, but sell yourself. I know that Dell was making changes to that would be beneficial to staff even though they are tightening their belts like most companies, but I feel potential to excel is available."

"Not being able to obtain needed training to enhance my skill set and be able to better serve the clients. Could not get reimbursement or pre-paid training for Business Analyst courses or SQL."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would ensure that ALL employees have tools such as paid training available, so the contractor/FT can obtain skills that could enhance their work performance as well as their skill set."

"The Nordstrom environment at the corporate structure is very good. I have seen the CEO of Nordstrom and the vision and humbleness he has, creating an amazing environment at the company and throughout the stores, and making working there extremely fun and enjoyable."
