"They needed me, and I was very successful beyond what anyone expected. Burnaby was a delightful town to experience for a few months."

"They cut all consultants one day when the economic forecast turned down (but that's life as a consultant)"

"Call me back when the economy looks better"

"Being paid well enough to work part-time while going through college, interacting with people, and getting share my knowledge of computers/graphic software to help find the product people needed to pursue their own interests."

"Be prepared for fast paced sales environment and no holidays. This is a retail business and that's what they thrive off of, if you are comfortable with that, then it's your kind of place. Pursue your an education and make this a fall back job if necessary."

What don't you like about working at Best Buy?

"The slow hours when there's literally nothing to do but clean and wait for lunch or closing time. Working the holidays, nobody has any patience for retail employees"

"Longer lunches for employees, and more emphasis on customer service than the quality of sale."
