"THE REGIONAL AND DIVISIONAL STAFFS ARE ONLY OUT TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES. THEY WILL DECEIVE AND MANIPULATE THE EMPLOYEES TO GET THE DESIRED RUSULTS AND THEN CAST THEM ASIDE OR THROW THEM UNDER THE BUS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. THEY PROMOTE ON THE BUDDY SYSTEM. HERE IS A PROCESS , BUT THE FAVS GET ADVANCED TO HELP THE OTHERS BUILD A SOLID FOUNDATION TO THEIR LIKING. THERE IS NO LIFE BALANCE WHAT SO EVER. IF YOU WANT STRESSFUL JOB AND TO RUIN YOUR FAMILY LIFE THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU."

"HAVE SOME REPECT FOR YOUR EMPLOYESS AND TRY DOING THE JOB YOURSELF INSTEAD OF SITTING ON A PEDESTAL AND ACTING LIKE YOUR A GOD."

"Some of the store managers were petty and unsupportable in their style."

"Be sure to mix the carrot and the stick, you will get much further."

"Pay attention to the schedules and days off, as well as giving a fair share of working days."

"I dont have anything to say except that I will never apply to Auto Zone ever again."

"Too many words to type I rather not go that route."

"Be on your guard all the time people are quick to set ypu up and allow you to fall."

"Always ask questions. What you don't know can be very bad. Repetition can be tedious but effective."

"There are instances where we are understaffed. Not knowing where a part is."

"Hire a new driver. Shops are keen to getting their orders on time. If we don't, the competition will."

"I'm no longer there but it would have been not the companies vision but how individuals misinterpet it ."
