"I would say just to be honest with the person interviewing and expect an extensive background check that will take 5 to 6 weeks even after they decide to hire you."

What don't you like about working at AutoZone?

"For a fortune 500 company that is rapidly expanding, I feel that the compensation could be a little better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Actually, my immediate store manager at Autozone was very professional but I delivered auto parts to many stores and some managers were unorganized and didn't seem to care about the sometimes rude demeanor of their employees to customers. Furthermore, I once witnessed my store manager get yelled at by a district manager who used profanity toward him in front of other employees and even a few customers. I was appalled and felt it was an extremely unprofessional act of conduct against another member of the Autozone family."
