"Great place to work. Able to build and maintain your work pipeline and be as sucessful as you want to be."
"I worked for ADP for almost two years. It has been around and will be for a very long time, or at least as long as people receive paychecks. Because of this it provides thousands of people here, and abroad, with a very stable living. However, their sales department is not always a paragon of moral standing. Like with many sales departments it is extremely cutthroat. Though it can be lucrative if you have the right mindset. It is perfect for someone just getting into sales or just out of college, not for a seasoned rep. There is also not a clear path forward within the company from those positions."
"Good Workplace Atmosphere."
"I worked for ADP for 3 years with great success."
"Good place to work. If you are in the right place and time and get to know the right people, you can move up very quickly"
"I've worked for two different departments for ADP and I've enjoyed my time developing my professional career as they expose you to a lot of various technologies. They're a professional environment and great to spend 1~2 years to get some work done and build your experience. They've been around for 60+ years and have trouble moving towards the modernization of technology and developing beyond their specialization in human resources. Stay for a good time, not a long time."
"Overall a great company and provides recent graduates with necessary real world experience. The job is very hard at times and you really have to be willing to put in the work. Everyone has different opportunities depending on your territory so it is a little unfair at times."
"Great company with a great and diverse team members"
"My experience working at ADP as a District Manager has been nothing but excellent! From the leadership team all the way to my co-workers, ADP does an immense job when it comes to enhancing company culture and keeping their employees engaged when coming to work to set one up for success and growth!"
"I've worked for ADP for about half a year and it is a good company with a good culture. There are locations all over the world where we sell different products to help make businesses run more efficiently"
"While working at ADP has been a wonderful experience, I feel the income is not in line with the grind in my particular role. I have also enjoyed a great level of flexibility in schedule but only because I have excelled. The flexibility is the first thing to be revoked if performance dips over one month. For that reason, it is not a great long-term fit for driven working moms."
"ADP is an excellent place to work. They provide opportunities for employees to excel."
"I will give feedback in person if needed"
"I have worked with ADP since 2014 and over the years I have been able to leverage my strengths and skillset to meet the business needs of the clients and stakeholders."
"good environment, hectic pace and fewer rewords. cannot growth after 3 levels."
