"It's' a solid company with no danger of fading away in economic difficulties, and they are always looking for new ways to grow business."

"Be prepared for an interview process which is time consuming!"

"I dislike that there are not a lot of personal growth opportunities in the IT arena."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate, communicate, communicate. While there is a local emphasis on communication, there isn't a lot known to us from management back east."

"I like the great people, the good product, the flexible schedule, and that there is no micromanaging."

"Be passionate about why you want to work here. Absolutely try and close them in your interview. It will go a long way."

"I dislike the management styles and commission structure. There's not enough training for this industry."

"Develop your sales staff and support them. Train them on industry and product knowledge."

"I disliked the horrible management who focused mostly on singling out people they didn't like and firing them or making it so unpleasant to work there. Employees would rather quit than remain."

"Fire some of the upper management and operations supervisors. It's a terrible work environment if you do not brown nose or kiss up."

"I liked having the ability to work from home. After you spent 10 hours at the office, you had the ability to finish your day's work at home."

"Don't interview."

"I disliked the salary-exempt position. I worked 60+ hours a week for 40 hours a week pay. There was no pay received for any work done over 40 hours a week."

"Pay the person for the work that is done."
