"I dislike that there are not a lot of personal growth opportunities in the IT arena."

"Communicate, communicate, communicate. While there is a local emphasis on communication, there isn't a lot known to us from management back east."

"The opportunities for advancement are very limited. There are many people who are institutions, and those people get all the opportunities."

"Spread your time out evenly through your teams. Don't concentrate on any one or two people."

"I really enjoyed working at ADP. If I had to add any negative comments, it would have to be to allow more training time for the amount of material to learn."

"I would have to reiterate the amount of training time allocated for the amount of material to learn."
