"Upper management just plain mean people; they act like they hate everyone; cruel, terrible language, unprofessional, gangster like; very negative, treat employees like slaves."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Kick out all the upper managers at the C level and everyone about the 1st VP level - get rid of all of them and start from a clean slate. Treat your employees with respect, be fair and kind."
