"Constant re-organization and management changes. Contant leadership changes askew the direction and cause for internal confussion"

"Keep it simple and reward the employees who drive and deliver the goals of the compnay"

"I have worked at MidasPlus since 2010. We went through 2 acquisitions by ACS, then by Xerox. The work environment was very productive and chill when we were a small company. Unfortunately a lot of that has changed after the acquisitions and now we have a big company feel. The co-workers are very amicable and talented and so were the mid-level managers."

"I was let go due to reduction in force on September 19, 2014. Was able to work from home 3 days out of the week. I had a flexible work schedule during the week."

"Sometimes the lack of structure can make it difficult to determine what the corporate guidance might be."

"Ours is a division that requires additional guidance and structure."

"As they are based in the printing industry, I had seen much downsizing. Growth tapered off in the later years resulting in fewer opportunities and lower level of job security."

"Value and retain their most dedicated and loyal employees. Encourage education and reward those that pursue it."
