"promote work life balance for his/her people and be able to hear each voice"

"I've worked at Xerox for over a couple of decades. It has been very productive in terms of professional growth and product achievement. The compensation was reasonable. I always appreciated the relaxed work atmosphere. Unfortunately, my team of over a dozen engineers including me were laid off due to a restructuring. Overall, the company rates high for me, though."

"I have worked with Xerox since 2011 and I have found that there's where employees can learn and plan for a growth in his/her career. Company has around 300 employees in Wilsonville office."

"I liked the training that was a constant. I liked the name recognition, the career paths available, and the leading edge technology."

"I didn't like the interview process. I also don't like how Xerox has gone all virtual and eliminated the CBU's. I also don't like the lack of definition of territories that is happening now between reps that are a part of the mergers and aquisitions of late."

"Continue to develop teams that support and help one another. Provide opportunities for sales people to feel connected."
