"No suggestions. Only words of appreciation. They are really good at what they do."

"everything you do is a test for the boss to keep you or fire you. Everyone is scared to keep their jobs"

"Don't pretend to know anything you don't know. You don't need broad experience to be hired; just be very good at what you do."

"Contracting is generally dehumanizing, but at least with IBM, a hard worker has a good chance of remaining on contract long after original term expires."

"IBM still has the mindset that those who work insane hours are better, more dedicated employees when in fact, this only makes them less efficient. I would like to see them aggressively move away from this mindset."

"Favoritism rules above work ethic and performance. Sexism and Nepotism are rampant. Upper management ruled by bullies. Unprofessional. HR is not confidential. EEOC is a joke."

"The method of work, as I did the entire project and was approved by supervisors and by the end of the project changed his mind and had to implement it all over again."
