"I dislike the inability to be flexible on price plans and do what is right for the customers. I dislike the lack of handset choices."

"Continue with customer satisfaction surveys, and give employees the power to make decisions to do the right thing, and your competition will be crushed."

"Make sure you want to do this work. It's not what they advertise. There are few real software development opportunities."

"I disliked bad managers (CYA types) and little real software development opportunities when I was there. I disliked lots of system configuration projects that were called software development."

"Become managers who try to help your staff, not just cover your own a__. When the staff is successful, the manager is successful!"
