"I would enable set schedules, offer a four-day work week option, do away with sales quotas, deliver a more consistent message to employees, keep every department on the same page in terms of policies and enforcement, and eliminate extra add on fees that are blatant money grabs that put the front-line employees in a bad spot at the beginning of every customer interaction."
