"To have the best time in this position you should be single and have no kids. Be married to your job."

"The surrounding neighborhoods are not so good. the cost of living is very high."

"More collaboration between sections, there are too many people working on similar projects that don't work together"

"Since I'm a federal employee, I have job security. It takes some of the stress out of the job."

"I work for the federal government. How much bigger of a bureaucracy could there be."

"I would allow the engineers to determine which projects are funded instead of the financial personnel."

"I enjoyed moving around when I was first in the Navy, but now I'm ready for a career where I don't have to move around."

"I would have to say, keep improving as leaders like we usually do."

"ensure you do your research prior to picking out your position. It is very hard to transfer between rates once you are in."

"Sometimes it was hard to plan for maintenance due to the operation of the plant and the underway schedule."
