"I have been employed by the United States Navy for the past 28 years. During this time, the Navy has provided education, management experience, travel and promotional opportunities to all its sailors. Where else can you see the world and experience different cultures all the while serving your country. I would encourage all to experience the Navy. It's not a job, it's an adventure. Would I do it again.... Hell yes!"

Fire Control Technician

"I've been with the Navy since 2014. As long as you can qualify, you will learn and travel a lot being in the service. I believe it is almost the same as being a civilian but a little bit closer to your coworkers. The people you work with within the service can be permanent in your life whether you were looking for some or not."

"I spent six years working for the Navy. The skills and experience I gained were second to none. I joined as a boy with little to no work ethic and I came out a man with a family and the drive to succeed. No challenge a new job can throw at me will compare to what I overcame in the Navy. No for the weak of heart or soft skinned."

"While at the U.S. Navy I came across a level headed the team that helped accomplish many missions and tasks. If I ever had difficulty with tasks there were more knowledgeable technicians available to learn from, which I just that."
