"I have served in the United States Navy for over 22 years and it has been the adventure of a lifetime. I have seen the world, improved my education through multiple programs, learned to lead young men and women from all walks of life through the toughest of circumstances. The US Navy was an experience that improved every aspect of my life. I would recommend it for anyone looking to be part of something bigger than themselves."
What do you like about working at United States Navy?
"An organization that truly believes in taking care of their people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be adaptable to any situation. The best assignments I had were the ones my supervisor would ask, what do you know about this... I would tell him I didn't know much but was adaptable to learning and doing. Resulting in the opportunity to experience new countries and work with a great group of people."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"Not being able to stay for more than three years because of military personnel rotation system."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep up the great enthusiasm for taking care of the most important asset, and try not to let WARCOM get you down when personnel are pulled from the organization to support higher tasking."
What do you like about working at United States Navy?
"I enjoyed being operational and supporting the SEAL teams."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Watch your back and trust nobody."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"Those over me were retired military and really just there to punch a clock and get a second retirement. There was a lot of shady activity going on and the commands way to handle it was just not to address it. My supervisor committed six ratifications (unauthorized financial commitments) in one day and nothing was done. He was notorious for this type of activity. Like I said, people were there just to get that second retirement."

"The training, travel and benefits after separation."

"Ensure you know what you're getting into before you sign up."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"Time and isolation away from family."

"Keep up the good work."

"The travel, and the new systems I had learned."

"The structure was sad in some locations."

"Clean up your title and go with what you know."
