"The target market was 17 to 19 year old males, they can be a bit unprofessional and flaky."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Some of the administrative work was tedious and had to be maintained in numerous different ways. So there was a lot of time wasted in creating the same documentation just using different mediums."
