"Tradition is necessary, but not when it stands in the way of growth and refinement."

"Harshly enforced arbitrary rules. Getting punished for someone else's minor mistake. Feeling like I could get in trouble at almost any moment."

"Not harshly punish my workers for the most meaningless of errors."

"I like the traveling around the world the most. I see a lot of different cultures."

"Do your research and do not take a position you are not okay with. Negotiate."

"There is too much micromanaging. No one listens to the little people. People think they can do your job. Young guys are stubborn. Old guys are to conservative."

"Give my employees more time off to have fun with friends and family."
