"Been working for US bank for 6 months now. It's a decent job. Paid vacations. There's a lot to learn and keep up on with regulations for banking in general. I am underpaid as far as my own personal needs but for what is required, you get paid average. They say the main focus is your customer service, but they are driven by their referrals."
"US Bank is somewhat disorganized and workstreams are constantly changing, but overall it is a good company with great pay. It is extremely convenient for me because I live across the street. We can somewhat make our own flexible hours and not too much overtime is required, as long as you get work done timely. However, there is little training, short-staffed, and lack of IT support, which make some projects more difficult."
"New people since July 2013 as a contractor. The managers are nice. They keep following the new technology. But the computer hardware they provided was a little bit dated. Since they use a lot of short-term contractors, the code itself contains a lot of different styles and is not easy to maintain."
"I have been with US bank since 2012. While I have greatly enjoyed my time with US Bank I would like to try something different in my life. I started as a teller and was promoted in six months to personal banker. I like to move up with in companies. I always do my best to improve myself and my team mates."
"I worked at US Bank for 2 years in the corporate payment systems side of the business. A very difficult place to get anything done as I found it was very bureaucratic."
"Great company with solid risk management."

I am looking within the bank as well because they are a good employer trying to look out for the workers are much as possible. I recommend them as employers."
