"Been working for US bank for 6 months now. It's a decent job. Paid vacations. There's a lot to learn and keep up on with regulations for banking in general. I am underpaid as far as my own personal needs but for what is required, you get paid average. They say the main focus is your customer service, but they are driven by their referrals."

"US Bank is somewhat disorganized and workstreams are constantly changing, but overall it is a good company with great pay. It is extremely convenient for me because I live across the street. We can somewhat make our own flexible hours and not too much overtime is required, as long as you get work done timely. However, there is little training, short-staffed, and lack of IT support, which make some projects more difficult."

"New people since July 2013 as a contractor. The managers are nice. They keep following the new technology. But the computer hardware they provided was a little bit dated. Since they use a lot of short-term contractors, the code itself contains a lot of different styles and is not easy to maintain."

"Their computer system is somewhat limited and upgrades and changes are slow."

"To move more quickly in making upgrades and changes to the computer system."

"I really enjoyed the authority I had. I had a high-price wiring authority and was able to get high-dollar amount checks drafted. I enjoyed the job very, very much."

"I did not like the low compensation I received. That was my only complaint."

"My suggestion would have been to listen to my opinion when hiring the Administrative Assistant they hired."
