"I've been with the bank for over 14 years. It's an institution that emphasizes ethics and business stability. Ability to move up is somehow limited and the pay is not great, but other things make up for it. Benefits are nice especially retirement related, but healthcare plan could be much better. Bank is stable and growing year to year."

"I’ve worked for US Bank for a little under a year. My coworkers have been a pleasure to work with but management isn’t very helpful with helping their employees grow. The job can also be very stressful due to taking phone calls from frustrated customers for hours at a time."

"I've worked for U.S. Bank for two years from 2017 to 2019. Throughout two years I noticed that no matter how hard you work you do not get compensated for your work. Furthermore, they have been laying off people for their stockholder's interest."

Scrum Master

"11/2019 Dear Hiring Manager: I was interested to see your job posting for a Scrum Master Position and would like to learn more about this opportunity. My 6 years experience as a scrum Master has provided me with Excellent interpersonal communication skills which helps me to facilitate collaboration within organizations and has also helped me to be an excellent schedule manager who is able to multi task and work effectively with Multiple teams, both distributed and co-located. I have also grown to be great servant leader to my teams and I have come to understand that the growth of me as a scrum master comes from the growth of my teams because I strive to build trust among my teams, making them to understand that I am available for them any time they need me.Also that I do not work for praises or pads on the back but strive to create an environment where my teams can work effectively and deliver valuable software with no impediments. I can also say that my numerous years working as a scrum master helped me to become really great at conflict resolution and to create an environment of trust such that my teams are always adhering to the scum values and are always transparent with their work so we can effectively deliver software and always meet up with our spring goals. I am also a great impediment removal, who actively seeks out, anticipates and work to remove impediments that prevent my teams from doing their work and also protect and shield my teams from external work and outside distractions. And most importantly I have grown to become a great team player who is passionate and devoted to the scrum process and I am able to facilitate all scrum ceremonies making sure they run smoothly and within the set time boxes. I feel that my experience as a Scrum Master would be an asset in this role. Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to have the opportunity to discuss the opening with you in person. Sincerely Odette Abia"

"I have worked for US Bank Home Mortgage since 2009. In 2011, I moved to an auditing position in which I was promoted to Senior Auditor after just 1 year. I have dealt with risk, compliance, company protocol and government changes. My company has respected my work and treated me fairly. I am now in a position where I cannot move up and am needing a new challenge with better incentives. This is why I am choosing to leave my current company."
