"Daily interaction cold calling/canvassing and working with small business owners and bank branch managers working on clients and trying to bring over full banking relationships."

What don't you like about working at US Bank?

"Divisions have become 'cliquey' and there is some internal favoritism which I do not agree with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take out the frienship aspect as this needs to be a professional environment not a fraternity/sorority."
