"great Bank and reputation. mortgage division is a mess! poor technology, too many forms, weak leadership & middle management that is basically clueless. too many promises that were false. training was lacking and the communications are far too many and not clear at all. overhaul of who's in charge is overdue! There are much better out there."

"They hire uneducated folks for manager (supervisor) or operation managers. They know nothing of how the credit card world works and yet only base your performance on a system that is absolutely bs. Everything is determined by their casper system from fees, disputes & fraud. Those dispute specialist don’t even exist! And you wonder why so many angry customers call in angry? They also fire you if you hang up on a abusive customer and won’t allow you to internally transfer call. The internal numbers are all a mess. None of them actually connect the customers to the right department. The list can keep going how bad this company is and on top of that pay is horrible. High turnover rate bc of horrible micro management."

"Very conservative to the point of losing great clients. They take issues that happen in the industry and completely overreact to them. As far as the working environment definitely depends on your direct manager because senior management is not employee-centric."

"I've worked for U.S Bank since 2018. It is an ethical company where you will find collaborative team members and a strong working culture. They do a good job of taking care of their employees, but could improve on growth opportunities and technology investments."

"I’ve worked for US Bank since around August. Since the pandemic, we have had to work from home. I think that they did a wonderful job of training us in the office for 3 days and a week at home. I enjoy working in my office space at home. I love what I do, and have no complaints."
