"I've been with the bank for over 14 years. It's an institution that emphasizes ethics and business stability. Ability to move up is somehow limited and the pay is not great, but other things make up for it. Benefits are nice especially retirement related, but healthcare plan could be much better. Bank is stable and growing year to year."

"Great group and ethics, but technology is severely lacking. Too many overlays and minimal lending opportunities for community lending, down payment assistance, and government loans."

"I've worked for US Bank for 4 years. I would say the relaxed environment and appealing office in Irvine is definitely a perk. The downside would be the lack of up to date technology. Our computers and software issues make it extremely difficult to complete tasks timely. I would also say that communication with Sr. Leadership is very poor which impacts the employee moral negatively."

"I have been with US Bank for almost 10 years what has made the stay for all these years is there strong ethical and customer service foundation. US bank is been around for over 50 years. It has 3,106 branches and 4,842 ATMs, has approximately 74,000 employees, primarily in the Western and Midwestern United States which them the 5th largest Bank and it continues growing moving into the digital realm. For me, it was a company that gave me an opportunity for me to grow and have a life balance. Within this past year, the company started closing branches and eliminating positions as they’ve transitioned to a different strategy. Unfortunately, my branch was a casualty which has given me this opportunity. US Bank is a good ethical company and great on customer service and I’m thankful to them for helping me in my career."

"I worked at US Bank as a fraud investigator. I went thru training for 2 weeks for the job required. The trainers and the manager were not hands on and didn't teach us the tools we really needed to do the job to the best of our ability. They judged and hovered a whole lot and when making mistakes they would let you go for no reason."

"This once great bank has been raided by execs with no banking experience and they have turn this into an unbearable place to work. Staffs have been reduced to the point that employees can’t take breaks or even lunch. Execs are giving their best ostrich imitation with heads firmly planted in the sand. Turnover is sky high as employees react to this deteriorating environment."

"I worked for US Bank for a total of 11 years between 2 offices/states. The people and management are definitely what keeps the company successful. Towards the end, the CEO title was transferred and I felt it was not for the best. The job I held was good and very demanding and worth it since it had a lot of attention, which led to my hard work getting noticed and me receiving numerous accolades."
