"I am working as an RPA Developer in United Airlines, Chicago. I am given the opportunity to design the workflow of several use cases so as to automate the ongoing processes in United Airlines for various lines of businesses. While working on this project, I got to create, test and validate workflows. Also, I coordinated with Business SMEs to understand process maps which act as a blueprint for the creation of process design documents (P.D.D). I have also worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys Ltd. in Hyderabad (Telangana)-India for three and a half years. I was given an opportunity to develop and maintain customized software products for General ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset-Management, Project Costing and PeopleSoft Purchasing modules for MetLife. While working on the MetLife project, I gained proficiency in supporting and maintaining various applications built on PeopleSoft 9.1. I garnered expertise in PeopleSoft Development tools like Application Designer, Component Interface, Application Engine and PeopleCode."

"I worked at United Airlines since Feb. 2019. The overall environment is good. The office and its facilities are awesome. There is a lot of mismanagement on the development side. The salaries are low, but they keep you; not good for a hard-working person. The managers are overloaded. There is a lot of discrimination and limitations for contractors. Narrow room for learning."

"The catering department is responsible for all the food and everything on the planes and we are forgotten. Truly hard labor and extremely little pay. Some people have not seen a rise in 15 years or more for 13 dollars an hour. The CEO didn't believe in paying a decent living wage for people."
