United Airlines offers great benefits to secure your wellness and adventurous side. With flight benefits, 401k, pension and excellent medical coverage they definitely take care of their employees. The pay is competitive as well. However the aviation industry is a roller coaster ride and without much seniority there is always a risk of layoffs."

"To respect employees becuse they have family to support in the USA"

"The airline business has cycles, as it cycles up, they go on a hiring frenzy. When it cycles down, then you may be surplused!"

"The company changed completely after filing for chapter 11."

"Listen to the line staff."

"More pay cuts than raises, lost all my ESOP stock, half my pension and was not able to contribute to my 401K during the ESOP. Everything I had worked for for 22 years was flushed down the toilet."

"Stop being so greedy, your employees are your customers. Happy employees make happy customers."
