"Lockheed Martin expects the highest in talent and professionalism mostly due to the customers we interact with on a daily basis. My best recommendation is to approach this company like many others with an attitude of virtuosity, 'doing the common, uncommonly well'."

"The only potential negative aspect of working at Lockheed Martin is the same issue of working at any large corporation, layers of bureaucracy, and speed of which change can be achieved."

"At Lockheed Martin, my biggest suggestion is to put more accountability onto the individual programs to create cost effective solutions while still providing a high quality product. At times I believe certain programs work under the belief of having a 'blank check'."

"Management should be more proactive in informing their employees that they need some improvement."

"A complex and interesting application with numerous systems and a distributed control system."

"This is a who you know, not a what you know company."

"No in-depth experience developing machine control systems. No system architecture, no development process, arbitrary task assignments."

"This is a Safety Critical application. Work diligently to attain CMMI Level 3 certification."
