"Employee satisfaction was never considered. Pay was erratic. Investors were unsure of sticking to the company."

"Consider a definite and fixed role for new employees. Have a fixed salary scheme. Have stron investor backing before hiring someone."

"There isn't enough time or money spent on designing a nice product for internal applications."

"I would suggest they research ways to increase work responsibilities and leverage the education they pay for in order to reduce attrition. I also would suggest they find out how to diversify the skill set of the staff that they have."

"Planning is all over the place, they do not give thought to design and more to implementation"

"Have proper planning & design session before start development, they need a proper Architect the ones they rely on either are not architects or are doing poor job with that."
