"The environment in China is not suitable for me being a foreigner, and culture-wise the office may be different from our Microsoft Headquarters. MACH center is more focused on program management than really a tech center."

"Management in China has to focus on technical deep dive than engineers managing programs."

"Flexible working arrangement, People work hard, System engineer knows what they need, and processing control is great to make sure the product we build has a high quality."

"Be honest, be prepared, and try your best to answer the detail questions. Also say no, if something you never touch."

"The Pay is less than the market, sometime the schedule is too tight, which hurt the software quality."

"No, I do not have much to say regarding others interviewing Bechtel because everybody might not be in same situation as me."

"In office we have very less communication with the owner and the different vendors. Therefore this lack of communication causes an inaccurate design and mistakes in our work. This also affects our growth rate in terms of knowledge and carrier."

"My suggestion for Bechtel Management (Indian office) is to have an open culture of communication between vendors and the owners."
