"I loved the environment, the smell of different coffees, and the constant movement and excitement. I loved drawing the signs and being artistic. I enjoyed the regular customers and took pride in training new employees. I also took pride in doing a good job for the Health and Safety inspectors by ensuring that our store was always in tip top shape in regards to cleanliness, therefore always receiving an A."

"We had a manager who won Regional Manager over and over, she is awesome!"

"Completely remove the position of DM, they are a waste of time, money and space. They come into the stores and get in the way because many of them have been hired in and know nothing about the business that they are trying to run."
