"I love being able to lead my team to success whether it be collaboratively or for an individual barista. It brings me joy to be able to take each member of my team to their next platform of success. I enjoy the passion behind what we do. We take ownership and pride in our product, store and customer service."

"Inconsistency in upper management. Constant district adjustments and changes of people in upper management."
