"Just be yourself. Being yourself goes a long way in this company."

"I don't like how the promotions were seniority based instead of skilled based."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that when considering promotions to look at the performance of the crew and also the knowledge, instead of just the seniority. Seniority does not mean that they are eligible to take on more job duties."

"I liked my friends there who were wonderful. My customers were mostly nice as well."

"Be *very* careful about which store you work with and who you sign on to work directly for."

"The manager had to make up a story to fire me. Everyone liked my work, but my health care costs were too much for her, so she decided to lie to make it appear as though I were incompetent. I am one of the finest baristas and received awards from the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove the manager from the store in Seymour, CT. She is a dishonest person who fires people in a revolving door to keep wages low and her profit high."

"I liked the independence and thier trust in me promoting me to a managment position before I left the company to persue my goal in the banking/finance industry."

"Do your job with pride and show you can work and run the company alone and you will be promoted quick, just like me."

"It wasn't exactly the industry I want a career in."

"This is not a People First Company like they stress to their partners. Higher management should have higher degrees in order to run the business successfully. Not a barista who works his way to DM because he has friends in the company and has no life or management skills."

"You need to hire managers that are EDUCATED. The people that are hired act like they are in high school."
