"Time Warner Cable is a company evolving at every level, from management to customer service. In the past two years it has been a company in motion. For employees this requires great flexibility and the willingness to conquer the unknown."

"Great benefits and work environment. Missing necessary tool set for work. You must get in at a good salary, as there isn't much increase or advancement space."

"I have now been at Time Warner Cable for three months. The job position I am currently working in turned out to not be a technical position, and is not taking me where I want to go with my career. My current position is as an incident manager. I get notification of an issue, bring together the correct teams to resolve the issue, manage the phone bridge/web conference for the issue, and transcribe all of the events of the bridge in the web conference."

"I have had a very good experience working for TWC."

What do you like about working at Spectrum?

"Very flexible, I am able to work from home. A great deal of training has been provided. I have an exceptional manager."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just to be prepared for a great deal of change, which is not always a bad thing."

What don't you like about working at Spectrum?

"The organization has moved into a company that tends not to care about their people and the bottom line is generating revenue no matter how that is accomplished."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Good people will be more apt to conform to change and do well when they feel some appreciation. When there is so much pressure and placed in a work environment that causes individuals who have been top performers year after year to feel so unworthy, that cannot be a good sign. From an internal standpoint -- someone from management has to step up to the plate and put their foot down when Rules of Engagement are not followed."
