"I have now been at Time Warner Cable for three months. The job position I am currently working in turned out to not be a technical position, and is not taking me where I want to go with my career. My current position is as an incident manager. I get notification of an issue, bring together the correct teams to resolve the issue, manage the phone bridge/web conference for the issue, and transcribe all of the events of the bridge in the web conference."
"I've worked for Time Warner Business Class since it's development. It's a great product overall but will need continued growth technologically and in operations processes."

"Good people will be more apt to conform to change and do well when they feel some appreciation. When there is so much pressure and placed in a work environment that causes individuals who have been top performers year after year to feel so unworthy, that cannot be a good sign. From an internal standpoint -- someone from management has to step up to the plate and put their foot down when Rules of Engagement are not followed."
