"I’ve worked for Schlumberger since November of 2018. This is extremely large and successful company that spans across the globe. They value training their employees to the fullest in a several month process. Overall, the company provides well for its employees."
"Great place to start a career, mileage may vary depending on your segment and geomarket."
"The intern program was very well structured, which I appreciated. As for my team, it had just relocated from Princeton, NJ to Sugar Land, TX so it was in the process of getting settled; so that was a little less organized. I was given full ownership of a project and was pretty independent; however, when I did need to talk to an engineer/my manager it was sometimes difficult to get a hold of them."
"I worked in SLB for 2.5 years. Very hard to advance in the company with lot of redundant processes and paper work. Good pay but less growth."
"Schlumberger is and excellent company to work for. It has an extremely diverse set of very smart people.
