"Schlumberger provided an opportunity to learn in a fast paced environment and take on responsibility early on in career. I worked with many people and formed many great relationships that will continue beyond the work environment. Progression through the company involves focus on technical and operational expertise."

What don't you like about working at Schlumberger?

"Long work hours and remote locations for long periods of time made the work/life balance hard to keep. Bureaucracy that limits productivity and effectiveness causes reactive behavior to problems instead of approaching problems proactively."

"Focus on the guiding principles of the company, People, Technology, Profits. And in that order."
