"Schlumberger is a great company to work for. I felt proud to be part of an organization that is known to be the leader in the business. Training was always available and resources were allocated accordingly. The amount of talent and expertise within one roof was phenomenal. There was so much to learn and the culture of sharing knowledge is unlike I've ever experienced. Overall, it was a great experience, and it was unfortunate due to COVID-19 so many people we initially furloughed and then laid off due to cost cuts in the oil and gas sector."

"I have work for almost a year. Working on a Oil & Gas company has a life style that is not very compatible with me. All though the compensation is good that sacrifices that I have to do to work here are too high. I have a life change experience and I want to have a more stable life style"

"Schlumberger is the biggest service company in the energy sector. It has many resources and opportunities for training, upward mobility, and exposure to all facets of the business. Being big does have its downsides. Some of those include a breakdown in the management of employees, work-life balance, and the ability to innovate or change accordingly with the times."

"I worked for Cameron, A Schlumberger Company since 2010, and enjoyed every aspect of my job. My team was very supportive of each other and always willing to help on another. We had an open-door policy, which made it very easy to approach others. We worked not only as a team but also as a family. The company offered plenty of training classes for employees and encouraged us to spend time to help our community. This was a great company to work for over the years."

"I started working for SLB in 2019. I worked for their Cameron side of the business. While i strongly believe it is a good company, I started off in a new program. Due to the program being new, it was very unorganized. The manager who is in charge of the program had too much on his plate so this program became an after thought. He expected us to take control of our career and move forward. This was harder said than done as we are new to the company and don't know how everything works. While we do our best to complete all the tasks we have to perform, there was just too much on our plate to finish each in the given time. This was brought up multiple times across to him but it was never something he discussed about. He would dismiss it or say he'll look into it with no response later on. Due to this, many people in the program has left. I believe this program could be a great program if it was better structured and believe it has real potential later on."
