"Great company in the past.In the last 6-8 years as a result of transformation, management culture has changed - client is not a center on focus anymore, instead company multiple re-organizations took main stage, and main focus is on efficiency gains in cost management. Nevertheless this Oilfield service giant has great technology portfolio, industry best technical team and it is excellent place to start your career as you will move very fast, leave as soon as u reach career plato ( if u did not get your promotion in last 2-3 years )"

Training was always available and resources were allocated accordingly. The amount of talent and expertise within one roof was phenomenal. There was so much to learn and the culture of sharing knowledge is unlike I've ever experienced. Overall, it was a great experience, and it was unfortunate due to COVID-19 so many people we initially furloughed and then laid off due to cost cuts in the oil and gas sector."
