"I worked for Cameron, A Schlumberger Company since 2010, and enjoyed every aspect of my job. My team was very supportive of each other and always willing to help on another. We had an open-door policy, which made it very easy to approach others. We worked not only as a team but also as a family. The company offered plenty of training classes for employees and encouraged us to spend time to help our community. This was a great company to work for over the years."

Being big does have its downsides. Some of those include a breakdown in the management of employees, work-life balance, and the ability to innovate or change accordingly with the times."
