"Not enough parts on hand to produce a quality product."

"Learn to appreciate the good employees."

"Safety in Schlumberger is very nice and the policy of the slb is very nice even if its application is different in each location (not applied in all locations equally)."

What don't you like about working at Schlumberger?

"The application of the policy depends on the attitude of your boss, that is what I hate, but if the boss is from Europe or from America the policy will be applied equally for all but if not it will not work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sometimes the managers in slb what they teach on train and what they are applying in practical is different, please make it the same, and I strongly recommend slb management to check again all the policies are applied properly in each location, no accident means not always there is safety. Even there is annual auditing, still there is a lot of fooling auditors, so please apply the perfect slb policy."

"Job politics, the promotion of the incompetent. If you are good at what you do, your promotions come at a significantly slower rate than those who barely qualify and are promoted or moved, so managers don't have to deal with fundamental issue of training and performance."

"The implementation of continuous improvement does not only apply to the field operations. There was a time when it was recognized who is actually responsible for generating revenue and Schlumberger needs to return to and re-recognize that vital relationship between field operations and the the clients they serve."
