"Putting surveys in all day every day just made me go crazy, just sitting there I had lil problems at home and I just couldn't get it off my mind being there on the computer 8 hours."

"To have the techs more involved in other interesting things as well as get surveys done."

"The management people do not have enough communication with employees. Everybody looks serious, probably due to pressure from work."

"There was a wonderful mix of people from all over the world. Many talented and nice individuals thrived in this company. The compensation was always fair. The work was exciting and challenging. I loved everything around this company. The benefits were the best as well. They train you extensively for the job you will have. You are well prepared for your job. There is a structured training/work plan in place so that you will have some career advancement."

"Do your best to get hired! This is the place to be."

What don't you like about working at Schlumberger?

"Interacting with customers can be stressful at times. The customers are under a ton of pressure to produce product and they in turn put pressure on you to get equipment running. It is a high pressure business at times and you could end up face to face with the VP of the customer company. Parts are difficult to get after hours to complete your work at customer sites."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"NONE. They were wonderful and did all they could to provide training and help whenever necessary."
