Submit a Review"Nordstrom separates itself from others in the industry by incorporating detailed, long lasting relationships with each of their customers. Employees are trained to complete outfits for the customer's occasion rather than sell one or two items. In other words, most of the sales staff act as a personal shopper to their customers. The staff also utilize a CRM system to send out promotional opportunities, thank you cards, call backs and appointment reminders."

"Apply for another company that takes it's employees seriously. Walk on by...."
What don't you like about working at Comcast?
"Upper mangement fabricating the truth in regards to commission compensation. You can make the company $19,000.00 in revenue in a month, and they will give you $400.00 in commision based on some poor metric plan that no one can really understand. Slave labor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop lying to your employees, pay your sales people based on the revenue they bring in, not on how many people they talk to."
