"I worked for Quest Diagnostics for 1 year in Santa Ana, CA as a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator in preventive health. The experience was not great. I expected much more from a big health giant. I worked long hours including some weekends. I felt I was not appreciated for my work, experience or expertise I brought to the company."
"Poor management, low pay. Equipment constantly breaks down and management do not know how to fix it. Toxic workplace."
"I have been working in Quest for one year and my experience has been a mixed bag. There were some amazing accomplishments by our team and also there were situations where we could have done a better job in terms of management, resource retention, etc. The company culture was good and I have had a good relationship with employees across teams. The company can improve in the handling of long-standing employees by rewarding them for their loyalty and hard work."
"I've worked with Sonora Quest for a while now, The company is an amazing place to work but has little to no room to grow a career. I left to search for a place with the potential to gain experience and a long-lasting career."

"I've worked for Quest Diagnostics for 7 years. Overall the company is stable, however, they are not very progressive. 401K match was 3% but has been suspended during the pandemic, even though the company stock is higher than it has been. They make blatant money grabs, but these keep the company making money and having people employed. Insurance is expensive through the company, and only going up, but lab work is free as long as you use the lab and have insurance through the company."
"I have found Quest Diagnostics to be a very innovative company that will certainly enable its employees to acquire multiple important skills"
"Quest is a great company for benefits and pay. It is very fast paced and provides a challenging and rewarding environment for employees."
"The Health and wellness portion of Quest Diagnostics has an excellent mission and has an excellent track record for fulfilling that mission. Their methods are tried and true and often times outdated and difficult. Averse to change but ready to work hard for their clients."
"Quest employs the best technical staff and experts as a managed services provider. They have a work ethic like no other. The culture there is quite unique."
"The company is in constant and serious cost containment mode during my period there. As a result it created a high level of stress and anxiety in meeting goals and contribution to minimize shortfalls to strategy."
