"Management style is very unique. Erratic polices and brash management styles make this a very negative and stressful environment. The work and personal life balance is nil. Expectation for performance and management are poor and lack respect for the employee."

"Create an environment of trust and respect for all. Begin with good training and coaching of new hires and promotions. Suggest utilizing leadership skills which incorporate the manager to lead by example rather than by fear."
