"Ortho-McNeil had great products, and had a great bonus package. They did offer some advancement opportunities with the other J&J companies."

"The lack of job security. I went thru three downsizings in two years."

What do you like about working at Axcan Pharma?
"small pharma environment where you are directly responsible for your territory, no pods. I also enjoyed the fact that due to its smaller size, you were known by name by senior management."

"none at this time"
What don't you like about working at Axcan Pharma?
"Axcan does not have a solid R&D group and has to rely on buying emerging products to expand its portfolio. Several drugs the company sells have or will be going generic."

"Please get more products available for the reps."
